555 Collins Street is Charter Hall's next-generation premium commercial tower—featuring world-class design, leading ESG credentials, and fully integrated smart building technology. To deliver a seamless tenant experience from day one, Datafied was engaged to coordinate tenant technology onboarding and base building system integration across multiple major occupiers.
challenges
Premium commercial buildings increasingly rely on integrated technology to differentiate the occupant experience—but the complexity of coordinating multiple tenants, vendors, and systems can derail even well-designed buildings. At 555 Collins, the challenge was threefold: ensuring seamless integration between tenant and base building systems, delivering consistent user experiences across access, visitor management, parking, and amenity, and maintaining network security across multiple tenant IT environments connecting to based building infrastructure.
solution
Our scope covered two workstreams: base building systems commissioning across the integration platform, access control, visitor management, and parking systems; and tenant technology onboarding including mobile access, credential management, and secure network interfacing. Every user journey was validated for each major occupier.
